Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Cyril Marketing and our clients engaging our marketing services. By contracting Cyril Marketing services, you agree to comply with these terms.

Services

Cyril Marketing agrees to:

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information necessary for service delivery
• Cooperate actively throughout the duration of the services

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property developed or provided by Cyril Marketing remains our property until fully paid by the client, upon which rights transfer as per the contractual agreement.

Fees and Payments

Payments terms and fees are specified in individual contracts. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Limitation of Liability

Cyril Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client.

We are not liable for any impact our services may have on your business. Once the client approves the provided services, Cyril Marketing holds no responsibility, direct or indirect, for any consequences arising from the implementation or outcome of these services. Furthermore, the accuracy, legality, and regulatory compliance of product descriptions, advertisements, or promotional materials related to the client's products or services are solely the client's responsibility. Cyril Marketing bears no responsibility for compliance with laws and regulations in any jurisdiction in which the client operates.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all sensitive information exchanged during the service period.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement under conditions outlined in the service contract, provided adequate notice is given.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Amendments

These terms may be updated occasionally, and clients will be notified of significant changes.
